The Cardinal

This is the Bugsly Malone of pubs - almost everyone in here was a student, even the barboy. Quite surprising really as it's far from any campus, just a large building on the corner of a residential road.
Another dog-friendly pub, After wading through the kids and grabbing our drinks, we sat down in the side room, only to be startled by a group of police wading through. They appeared pleasant enough, but I knew they were up to something. As soon as we pulled off in the car, the police were right behind us, lights flashing.
Top tip: if you want to drink and drive, don't go to this pub.
